Hello! As you know my name is Portia Kettering and I am a fourth-year interior design student at North Dakota State University, while completing my major I have also chosen to pursue a minor in Art. I am originally from Groton, South Dakota and I am the oldest of five children. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, painting, drawing, and sewing. My interests include art, fashion and history.  I love to travel and experience new things. This summer I was fortunate enough to work with Studio 10 Interior Design in Denver, Colorado as an intern. I learned a lot during my time at Studio 10 that has given be a better understanding of the design industry and the role an interior designer plays in the design process. I am excited to continue learning and pursuing a career in the design industry.
